Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: 410/69, 20th Main Rd, 1st Block, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560010 Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 30000-35000/month Experience Required: 2+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our product/design team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a strong portfolio to demonstrate their skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and UI specifications. Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions. Design clean, engaging, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications. Iterate designs based on feedback and performance data. Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and style guide. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking process. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with motion design/prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects).
