Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team at Innerix Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a passion for creating intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with project goals.
• Execute all design stages from conceptualization to final handoff to developers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to enhance design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and user experience across various products and platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to implement best practices.
• Present and defend design concepts to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design and User Experience (UX) Design.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Strong skills in graphic design, typography, and color theory.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with basic front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
