Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Support: Assist in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Support in creating and monitoring Google Ads (Search & Display) Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and SEA Help with on-page and off-page SEO Work on backlink building Social media posting and engagement Monitor ad performance and assist in reporting Lead Management & Telecalling: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns Make outbound calls to prospects Handle customer inquiries and explain services/products Update and manage leads in the CRM Maintain timely and professional follow-ups Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for closures Skills Required: Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts Familiar with Meta Ads , Google Ads , and SEO techniques Good communication and convincing skills Comfortable with English, Hindi, and Tamil (speaking) Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly Eligibility: Education: Any degree/diploma (preferred in Marketing/IT/Commerce) Experience: Freshers can apply Location: Must be willing to work from Pattambi, Kerala Languages Required: English, Hindi, Tamil What We Offer: Fixed salary of ₹7,500 per month Hands-on experience in both digital marketing and sales Learning opportunity with a growing tech company Friendly and supportive team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹7,500.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
