Job Description

Who Were Looking For

Were on the hunt for a driven and imaginative UI/UX Designer with 13 years of experience crafting digital experiences that are as functional as they are beautiful. If you love solving real user problems through design and can balance aesthetics with usability, youll thrive in this role.Youll be a key part of our design process - translating user insights and product goals into clean, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

Understanding product goals and user needs through collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Designing wireframes, mockups, UI components, and interactive prototypes.
Applying UX principles to create intuitive workflows, layouts, and navigation structures.
Designing high-fidelity interfaces that reflect brand consistency and visual clarity.
Working closely with developers to ensure a smooth handoff and proper design implementation.
Iterating designs based on internal feedback, usability testing, and product performance metrics.
Maintaining and contributing to design guidelines and component libraries.

Skills & Qualifications

1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in UI/UX design.
A strong design portfolio that demonstrates your UI/UX process, problem-solving, and visual design capabilities.
Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms.
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies.
Knowledge of user flows, wireframing, interaction design, and usability heuristics.
Good communication and collaboration skills - comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Bonus if you have experience with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or motion design platforms.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is an added plus, though not mandatory.
