Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed manual and automated test cases.
• Develop automation scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or equivalent.
• Collaborate with developers and QA leads to resolve issues and ensure test coverage.
• Execute regression, functional, smoke, and integration testing.
• Contribute to CI/CD integration for automated testing.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and reports.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications based on test cases and business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Log, track, and manage defects in a bug-tracking system (e.g., JIRA).
• Participate in regression, functional, integration, and smoke testing.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and help drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver on sprint goals.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
• Proficient in Java and Selenium WebDriver for test automation.
• Experience with TestNG, Maven, and basic knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
