UI/UX Designer – Figma Specialist

📍 Location:
  • Vadodara, Gujarat

🕒 Experience Required

  • 2 to 4 Years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design using Figma
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

who is highly skilled in

Figma

and passionate about designing elegant, user-centric interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems that are intuitive, clean, and user-friendly.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design specs
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Ensure design consistency and adherence to UI/UX best practices
  • Translate business and user requirements into highly engaging and functional design solutions
  • Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system
  • Conduct user research and usability testing where applicable

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and usability
  • Ability to create pixel-perfect mockups and responsive designs
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (good to have)

💼 Good To Have

  • Experience with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Avocode
  • Familiarity with Webflow, HTML/CSS understanding
  • Knowledge of user research, A/B testing
  • Prior experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech product design
