Ui/Ux Designer

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Create elegant, intuitive, and conversion-friendly UI. Conduct user research and apply findings to refine design decisions. Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design fidelity. Maintain consistency using scalable design systems and component libraries. Design Tools & Systems Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch Design Tokens, Component Libraries Experience with Material Design, Atomic Design, Tailwind-based systems Familiarity with Figma Variables, Auto-layout, and Interactive Components Requirements 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing impactful digital experiences. Knowledge of responsive, accessible, and user-centered design principles. Experience with usability testing, user journey mapping, and persona building. Proficiency in creating and managing scalable design systems. Clear communication skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving. Bonus Skills Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to better collaborate with developers.
