Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Developer (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, user experience, and basic front-end development skills. You will work closely with the design and development teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and functional front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Collaborate with developers and designers to implement engaging user experiences.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
Support in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Ensure UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Test and debug UI/UX issues across different devices and browsers.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular is a plus).
Good sense of visual design, typography, and color theory.
Awareness of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Ability to think from the end-user’s perspective.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
