Job Description: UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, and reusable components
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to improve product experience
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
• Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Ensure consistency across platforms (web and mobile) with a strong focus on usability and accessibility
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Strong expertise in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design
• Experience working with developers and product teams in Agile environments
• Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience designing enterprise or consumer-facing digital products
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Exposure to mobile-first and responsive design approaches
