What we’re looking for:

Certification in UI/UX or proven experience is a must; Bachelor’s degree in Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio showcasing proven UI/UX work
Proficiency in
Figma
,
Adobe XD
,
Sketch
, and other design tools
Knowledge of
wireframing
,
prototyping
, and
user research methodologies
Basic understanding of
HTML
,
CSS
, and
JavaScript
is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design strategies based on user mapping and business needs
Conduct user research and usability testing
Create wireframes, navigation structures, and storyboards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reinforce design thinking culture
