UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer who can bridge the gap between design and development. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in designing user-centric interfaces and collaborating closely with developers to bring ideas to life. This role requires not only a strong eye for design but also a deep understanding of how designs translate into functional and responsive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into functional code.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Work with the development team to optimize UX/UI designs for performance and scalability.
• Test and iterate on designs based on usability testing and analytics data.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and design best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and design thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with responsive design and cross-platform optimization.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Familiarity with agile development workflows (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
