UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Auxiliobits, you will play a crucial role in translating marketing and GTM strategies into visually stunning digital experiences that drive engagement and elevate the Auxiliobits brand. Your creative skills will be utilized to design intuitive website layouts, create visual assets for marketing campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive, modern, and responsive website and landing page layouts aligned with campaign objectives. - Create visual assets for marketing campaigns such as social media creatives, infographics, banners, and thumbnails. - Collaborate with the GTM and content teams to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences. - Develop and maintain UI/UX design systems to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. - Conduct user experience testing and optimize designs for better conversion and engagement. - Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and brand fidelity. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of UI/UX design experience in a SaaS or tech-driven organization. - Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. - Experience in designing responsive web and mobile layouts. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and web interaction trends. - Visual storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating design excellence. - Exposure to AI/automation or B2B enterprise technology is a plus.
