Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve the product experience.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovation to projects.
Ensure consistent design standards and best practices across all platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong design portfolio.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Ability to create responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
Experience in motion graphics, micro-interactions, or illustration.
