UI/UX DESIGN MANAGER

Job Description

UI & UX Manager who can take full ownership of the user experience across our D2C sites – Gant.in and Iconicindia.com. This person will work closely with me and the tech, marketing, and design teams to improve how the website looks, feels, and performs — especially on mobile. The focus will be on improving conversion rates, simplifying navigation, speeding up the site, and ensuring the online experience reflects the premium positioning of our brands. What We’re Looking For4–8 years of experience in UI/UX in ecomme rce.Strong design skills using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.Should be comfortable working with tech teams to implement chan ges.Experience using analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, etc.) to inform design decisi ons.Someone who’s detail-oriented, takes ownership, and understands how UX impacts business performa nc e.
