Role & responsibilities

1 Refine and prioritize backlog, manage product/platform constraints, manage demand intake Primary

2 Participate in release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders for any platform enhancements Primary

3 Adhere to all platform and J&J SOPs, WIs, IAPPs Primary

4 Shape vision/roadmap and lead team in delivering solutions oriented around business impact (through HPT...) Primary

5 SOX Accountability Primary

6 Financially responsible for platform/ensuring investments are successful Secondary

7 Own technical strategy for UiPath platform Primary

8 Own reporting on expenses incurred for Azure hosting

related to Platform yes, anything not related to Platform (E.g. SQL DB for IH) out of scope Secondary

Own platform architecture design

10 UiPath Expert, point of contact for UiPath Team on Roadmap, features, security items, etc. Primary

14 Responsible for overseeing change management processes and ensuring team adherence to standards during change execution work (Change Owner) Primary

15 Manages/maintains Kanban board for support work and Scrum board(s) for project work Primary

16 Helps to deliver metrics/reporting Primary

17 Service Account Tracker / CAB - change tracker / Control tests for SOX (SOX audit work - responsible) Primary

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge

Must have over all UiPath production knowledge includes, set-up, studio and orchestrator functionalities, UiPath insights, UiPath version management, User access management

2 Must have experience in Finance A2R, O2C as primary

3 Must have implemented IXP, IDP, Comms mining, agentic AI successfully, Must have knowledge of integration services

4 Must have demonstrated license management and optimization

5 Must have knowledge on user access management and integration with external systems like Grafana, AppDynamics, Active directory etc

6 Must have demonstrated the improvements like automations, success rate, machine utilization, robot utilization

7 Must have experience working with Jira, bitbucket, Azure etc
