Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a UI/UX Lead - Designer. The successful candidate will lead the creation of user-centered designs, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user experiences and ensure designs align with business objectives and user needs. The UI/UX Lead will also establish design guidelines, mentor team members, and use design thinking principles to address complex challenges effectively.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Design Thinking and developing solutions with a user-centered approach.
Strong User Research skills to gather insights, analyze user needs, and create personas and journey maps.
Expertise in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) to develop intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional interfaces.
Experience in Prototyping to create interactive design models for usability testing and feedback.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
Familiarity with current design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and methodologies. Knowledge of emerging trends in UI/UX design is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in UI/UX design.
Previous leadership experience is a plus, with a focus on mentoring and managing design teams.
