UI UX & Graphics design Science trainer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Design Faculty who can vibe with students, teach industry-level skills, and turn learners into legit creative professionals. Your role is all about delivering high-quality training, maintaining discipline, and helping students build portfolios that actually get them hired.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver daily design lectures (UI/UX, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, etc.) with real-world examples.

Prepare students for industry projects, assignments, and certifications.

Conduct doubt-solving, feedback sessions, and regular assessments.

Maintain batch discipline, attendance, and LMS progress updates.

Help students build strong portfolios (Behance/Dribbble/GitHub).

Support placements with resume prep, mock interviews & soft-skill training.

Stay updated with global design trends + software updates.

Conduct PTMs, arrange company visits & support institute activities.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Graphic Design / UI-UX / Video Editing / Motion Graphics.

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.

Good communication skills + student-friendly attitude.

Ability to manage classroom discipline and meet syllabus timelines.

Passion for teaching + interest in continuous learning.
