UI UX & Graphics design Science trainer

As a Design Faculty at Red & White Education Pvt. Ltd., your role is pivotal in shaping the next generation of creative professionals. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch training, instilling discipline, and guiding students in creating portfolios that enhance their employability. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging design lectures covering UI/UX, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and more, supported by real-world examples. - Prepare students for industry projects, assignments, and certifications to enhance their practical skills. - Conduct doubt-solving sessions, provide constructive feedback, and administer regular assessments to track progress. - Monitor batch discipline, maintain attendance records, and update Learning Management System (LMS) with student progress. - Assist students in developing compelling portfolios on platforms like Behance, Dribbble, and GitHub. - Aid in placements by assisting with resume preparation, conducting mock interviews, and offering soft-skills training. - Stay abreast of global design trends and software updates to ensure relevance in teaching methodologies. - Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), coordinate company visits, and actively participate in institute activities to enrich the learning experience. Requirements: - Proficient in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Video Editing, and Motion Graphics. - Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. - Strong communication skills coupled with a student-friendly approach. - Ability to maintain classroom discipline and adhere to syllabus timelines. - Passion for teaching, coupled with a keen interest in continuous learning. - Demonstrates professionalism, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
