Job Description

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Type: Internship (6 months)

Department: Design / Product Development

CTC : 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to guide design decisions.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
UI Design: Design visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
UX Design: Ensure an exceptional user experience by focusing on usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency.
Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and continuously refine designs for better user engagement.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 0 - 1 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Skills: Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design patterns, and responsive design.
Coding Knowledge (Bonus): Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
