UI UX Designer and HTML Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & HTML Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing user-centric interfaces and converting them into clean, responsive HTML/CSS pages. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, usability principles, and a solid understanding of front-end development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Understand project requirements, business goals, and user needs to create intuitive user flows.
• Design high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes (low and high fidelity).
• Create clean, modern, and consistent UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations when required.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams for design alignment.
• Ensure brand consistency across all product interfaces.

HTML/CSS Development

• Convert UI designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS layouts.
• Develop reusable front-end components with clean and well-structured code.
• Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and accessibility.
• Work with developers to integrate HTML templates into various technology frameworks.

Required Skills

Design Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma is mandatory).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, grid systems, and layout design.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.

Front-End Skills

• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind (optional but preferred).
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery is a bonus.
• Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.

Other Skills

• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Experience

• 2–3 years professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Portfolio showcasing design work and responsive HTML samples is mandatory.
