UI UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Lending Software to provide the best user experience in the banking industry. Your responsibilities will include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. You should have at least 5+ years of professional experience as an interactive designer/user experience designer, with a strong visual portfolio showcasing your work on user-facing applications. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required for this role. Experience in the Lending domain will be an added advantage, along with proficiency in web and mobile design for iOS and/or Android platforms. You should have a keen sense of aesthetics to create a high-class visual language for applications and be able to quickly produce detailed wireframes, mock-ups, and visual comps in an iterative environment. Proficiency with web standards and accessibility compliance is essential. Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies will be beneficial, as well as experience in assisting with user research or usability studies. You should be detail-oriented, a critical thinker, a problem solver, and customer-centered in your approach. Proficiency in Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver, as well as wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision, is required for this role. In this position, you will collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements. You will illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, design graphic user interface elements, build page navigation buttons and search fields, and develop UI mockups and prototypes. Your role will also involve creating original graphic designs, preparing rough drafts for internal teams and key stakeholders, and making layout adjustments based on user feedback while adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
