UI & UX Designer

As a UX Designer at our company, your role will involve understanding the business requirements and technical limitations to create an exceptional user experience. You will be responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. It will be expected of you to design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it based on user testing to ensure a great user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive user experiences. - Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing digital product experiences. - Design wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces. - Identify design problems and create elegant solutions. - Make strategic design and user-experience decisions regarding core and new functions and features. - Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly test, and iterate designs. - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Ask insightful questions, take risks, and advocate for innovative ideas. **Qualifications Required:** - Three or more years of UX design experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in designing complex solutions for digital environments. - Proficiency in standard UX software like Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, etc. Knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a bonus. - Ability to work with clients to understand requirements and design complete user experiences meeting client needs and vision. - Extensive experience in using UX design best practices, mobile-first, and responsive design concepts. - Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, testing methodologies, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility considerations. - Efficient iteration of designs and solutions, along with clear communication of design processes and ideas to teams and clients. - Appreciation for user-centered design, design thinking, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver design solutions. - Passion for enhancing user experiences through design, openness to feedback, and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
