UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design:

  Participate in the full user experience design process, delivering complete interaction flows and high-fidelity UI mockups.

• User-Centric Solutions:

  Translate complex user requirements and technical constraints into elegant, functional design solutions.

• Design Systems:

  Build and maintain a consistent visual language by developing and iterating on

  design specifications and component libraries

  .

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation (Design QA).

• Product Evolution:

  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and EV technology innovations to continuously optimize the product experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of

  3 years

  in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed

  Web and Mobile (App)

  projects.
• Deep understanding of user experience methodology, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
• Expert proficiency in

  Figma

  (including components, auto-layout, and prototyping). Knowledge of Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Familiar with design hand-off processes and possess a strong "design-to-code" awareness to ensure seamless engineering implementation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Systemic thinker with an obsession for design details and a passion for the EV/Green Energy industry.
