Required Qualifications & Core Skills

8-12 years of UX/Product Design experience with a strong mobile app portfolio
Proven end-to-end UX execution: problem framing, flows/IA, wireframes, prototypes,

high-fidelity Ul, handoff
Strong understanding of design systems: component reuse, pattern thinking,

tokens/styles, documentation, governance Strong migration UX capability: mapping

old new journeys, reducing friction, parity planning, recovery/error states
Excellent communication & presentation skills: clear storytelling, rationale, trade-

offs, stakeholder alignment
Strong collaboration skills across PM, Engineering, QA, working effectively in agile

deliver
Strong interaction design craft: states, edge cases, empty/error states, permissions,

responsive layouts

Nice-to-have: basic accessibility awareness and platform guidelines (iOS HIG / Material Design)
loT Experience (What We Expect)End to end users and device migrationjourney map and execution strategyDesigning device onboarding / pairing / setup journeys including retries and failure

Designing robust device state UX:

connected/disconnected, health status, alerts, firmware/update flows
