Position: UGC Content Specialist

Location: Noida, Sector 4 (B-23, Sector 4)

Experience: 2-3 years (luxury/fashion women’s wear)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a UGC Content Specialist who will lead and execute user-generated and lifestyle content for us. This role will manage the entire UGC vertical from ideation to publishing ensuring the content aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning and engages its target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a monthly content plan delivering 10–12 high-quality UGC assets (reels, stories, videos, stills) that showcase product line (dresses, co-ords, denim, etc.).

Align content calendars and creative themes with the current marketing agency to support campaigns and brand strategy.

Ensure all content consistently reflects visual identity, luxury tone and target audience.

Coordinate with in-house or freelance photographers/videographers, models/influencers, wardrobe stylists and location teams as needed.

Monitor social media trends (especially Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and propose fresh ideas and formats to enhance organic reach.

Maintain shoot logistics: scheduling, location set-up, styling, wardrobe management.

Track performance of UGC assets (engagement metrics, views, shares) and present monthly insights with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years (ideally 3) experience in creating content for luxury/fashion apparel brands (women’s wear preferred).

Strong aesthetic sense, styling understanding and ability to conceptualize fashion-driven visuals.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple assets monthly.

Excellent communication skills; ability to coordinate with agencies, creatives and internal stakeholders.

Basic editing skills (video/photo) or ability to partner with editors and deliver final assets.

Immediate joiner preferred; located in or willing to commute to Noida/Delhi NCR.
