Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UAV Pilot, based in Kanpur. The UAV Pilot will be responsible for operating unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) in different missions, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations. Responsibilities also include conducting pre-mission preparations, aircraft maintenance checks, flight planning, and real-time monitoring of the UAV during operations. The pilot will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting, while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in UAV operation, navigation, and flight planning
  • Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and UAV maintenance
  • Strong decision-making skills and situational awareness
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed mission reports
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety protocols
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant certification or training in UAV piloting is a plus
  • A background in engineering or technical fields would be advantageous
