UAT Tester

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tester's job description includes developing and executing test plans to ensure a software or system meets business and user requirements before launch. Key responsibilities involve creating test cases from business requirements, identifying and reporting defects, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues, and providing feedback for improvement. Key responsibilities
• Test planning: Develop and maintain UAT test plans, cases, and scenarios based on business and user requirements.
• Test execution: Perform test cases, replicating real-world user interactions to validate functionality and usability.
• Defect management: Identify, document, and track defects and issues. Collaborate with developers to ensure they are resolved and conduct retesting to confirm fixes.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with business users, product managers, and developers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and a smooth testing process.
• Reporting: Evaluate and report test results, providing feedback on the software's performance and user experience.
• Process improvement: Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall UAT process and quality assurance practices. Required skills and qualifications
• Experience in UAT testing, including planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of user requirements and business specifications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
