Two wheeler Technician

As an experienced technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our products at customer sites. Your key responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure smooth operation. - Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction. - Working closely with our technical support and customer service teams for effective problem-solving. - Communicating effectively with clients, engineers, and other technicians to deliver services efficiently. - Following up promptly on service requests and providing valuable customer feedback. - Monitoring equipment performance and implementing preventative maintenance measures. - Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment. - Delivering demonstrations to educate customers on safe and effective equipment use. - Providing recommendations for new features and product improvements. - Monitoring inventory levels and reordering materials as needed. - Leveraging cross-domain engineering skills to gain competency in designing multi-disciplinary technologies. Qualifications required for this role: - Preferably an ITI or diploma degree in electrical & mechanical engineering. - Possession of a relevant certificate or license is advantageous. - A valid driver's license and willingness to travel. - Excellent active listening and customer service skills. - Ability to handle multiple requests without being overwhelmed. - Demonstrated ability to remain professional under pressure. - Strong work ethic and a growth mindset. - Proficiency in MS Office.
