Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and demonstrating two-wheeler models.
- Sales Process Management:Guiding customers through the sales process, including product demonstrations, price negotiation, and closing deals.
- Financial Services:Assisting customers with finance and insurance options.
- Product Knowledge:Maintaining a strong understanding of the features and benefits of various two-wheeler models.
- Lead Generation and Follow-up:Identifying potential customers through various channels and following up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Relationship Building:Building strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- After-Sales Service:Providing excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Target Achievement:Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall sales goals of the dealership.
- Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions, and reporting sales data to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the two-wheeler or automotive industry.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of two-wheeler products and features.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively to close sales and achieve desired outcomes.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
- Target Orientation: Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the dealership.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license for test rides and demonstrations.
