Sales Executive

Casa Cars Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automobile 4-Wheeler Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.

· Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable vehicle options.

· Conducted test drives and explained vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Generate leads through cold calling, field marketing, Campaigns, networking, and referrals.

· Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth buying experience.

· Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends.

· Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for loan and documentation processes.

· Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.

· Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in automobile sales, preferably in the 4-wheeler segment.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

· Knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing options, and market trends.

· Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented.

· Valid driving license is mandatory.

· Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.

· Proficiency in local language and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
