Job Description

As a software developer in this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at clients" end. This involves ensuring the software meets 100% quality assurance parameters. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding product/software requirements and design - Developing software solutions and investigating problem areas - Facilitating root cause analysis and identifying ways to improve system performance - Collaborating with functional teams, systems analysts, and project managers - Performing coding and ensuring optimal software/module development - Determining operational feasibility and automating processes for software validation - Modifying software to fix errors or improve performance - Recommending the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems - Ensuring error-free code, preparing reports on programming project specifications, and compiling comprehensive documentation as requested In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Provide status reporting and maintain a customer focus - Capture requirements and clarifications from clients - Take feedback regularly to ensure timely delivery - Participate in continuing education and training - Consult with engineering staff and document solutions effectively - Ensure good quality interaction with customers through various communication channels - Respond to customer requests promptly Your performance will be evaluated based on: - Continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software - Error-free onboarding and implementation - Adherence to release plans, quality, and customer satisfaction - On-time delivery, troubleshooting queries, and completion of assigned certifications for skill development - MIS and reporting aspects, ensuring 100% on-time generation of MIS and reports,
