Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Turbo Cross-Sell - Sales Trainer, based in Thane. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, equipping the sales team with essential skills, and enhancing their competencies to achieve sales goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting engaging training sessions, assessing the team’s performance during training activities, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure the sales team remains knowledgeable and customer-focused.

What You’ll Do:

- Build eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline 360 from provided storyboards and assets.

- Create interactive elements such as click-to-reveal, tabs, accordions, basic scenarios, quizzes, and light gamification.

- Ensure courses are fully mobile-responsive and WCAG 2.1 AA accessible (training on the checklist will be provided).

- Perform QA testing and fix bugs before client review.

Required Skills & Experience:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.

Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Vyond Animation.

3+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role.

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.

Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.

Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
