Skills and qualifications
SuccessFactors certification in any module is preferred.

Hands-on experience in implementation, support, design, or transformation projects
Strong process understanding and ability to work in global delivery environments
Passion for HR technology and a drive to create meaningful client impact
Collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
