Job Description

As a Manager in our

SAP

Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

SAP FICO Professional should have:

Candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in SAP FICO
Proven experience in end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including blueprint design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and CO-PA.
Proficiency in SAP configuration, data migration, and user training.
Minimum 1 End to End Implementation 1 Roll- Out in Pharma industry is must.
Design, configure, and implement SAP FI/CO solutions to meet the specific needs of the pharmaceutical business, Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into functional specifications.
Configuration and Testing - Configure SAP FI/CO modules, conduct system and integration testing, and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
User Training and Support - Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence - Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, such as GMP and GXP, and support validation documentation and change control processes.
Integration Management - Manage the integration of SAP FI/CO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and with non-SAP systems.
Documentation - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FICO configurations, customizations, and user procedures.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO functionality, working with technical teams as needed.
Project Management - Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the SAP FICO landscape.

Qualifications

bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field - in IT B. Sc (I.T ) , BCA/MCA/B. E / B. Tech or MBA would be preferred.
Strong communication skills (written verbal).
Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
