We are seeking an experienced Senior ARIS Process Designer / Consultant to lead business process modeling, governance, and transformation initiatives using Software AG’s ARIS platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BPMN/EPC modeling, process architecture, and process lifecycle management, with a strong ability to engage business stakeholders and translate process needs into ARIS-based solutions. Key Responsibilities: Process Design & Modeling • Design, model, and maintain end-to-end business processes (L1–L5) in ARIS using EPC and BPMN notations. • Establish and enforce process modeling standards, conventions, and governance frameworks. • Support the creation of process architecture, process hierarchies, and taxonomies across business domains. • Document process interdependencies, interfaces, and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy. Process Governance & Repository Management • Manage and maintain the ARIS repository, including versioning, publishing, and approval workflows. • Define and implement naming conventions, object reuse principles, and governance workflows. • Enable process owners and SMEs through ARIS Designer/Connect training and support. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement • Collaborate with process owners, business SMEs, and IT teams to capture as-is and to-be process states. • Conduct process walkthroughs, validation workshops, and design review sessions. • Translate business requirements into structured process models and actionable improvement opportunities. Process Analytics & Transformation • Support process transformation, standardization, and automation initiatives. • Integrate ARIS with process mining, ERP, or workflow tools for insight-driven improvements. • Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for efficiency, compliance, and risk reduction.
