T&T - ET&P-FT- GBS- Manager- PMO Governance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle project delivery: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and external vendors.
• Manage client expectations and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to Deloitte delivery frameworks, governance models, and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and audit-ready artefacts.
• Drive compliance with internal risk, security, and validation processes.

Change Management & Team Enablement

• Facilitate training, user enablement, and change management activities.
• Promote innovation, process improvements, and team collaboration.

Key Skills required:

• 7+ years of experience for

  Senior Consultant

  level / 10+ years for

  Manager

  level.
• Proven experience in at least two of the following:
• Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery
• Stakeholder and vendor management
• Platform-led projects (eg, Salesforce, SAP, etc)
• Domain expertise accounting for 65%+ of overall experience in any of:
• BFSI (Retail/Corporate/Wholesale Banking)
• CPG / Manufacturing
• Infrastructure (On-prem / Cloud)
• Pharma / Lifesciences
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage virtual, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience in managing project budget and resources.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a global delivery model and multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, Clarity, or ServiceNow.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or CSM.
• Exposure to PMO functions including governance, budgeting, and reporting.
