Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain GRC policies, frameworks, and strategies.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
Oversee compliance programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
Lead internal audits and compliance reviews, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment of GRC initiatives with organizational objectives.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices, advising on their implications.
Mentor and train GRC team, fostering professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, information technology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT) preferred.
8+ years of core experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles.
In-depth knowledge of GRC frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices. (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 31000, Privacy, Third party risk assessment, M&A Due diligence)
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
