To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

SAP PMO Professional should have:

• Should have experience in SAP S4 HANA, Project Management, FICO Module, Client Management, Risk Management ,project planning, execution, and governance to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Should have 7+ years of relevant experience.
• FIORI Functionality, Resource Management, Schedule Management, SAP Automation, VBA Automation
• Conduct quality assurance audits and validate project deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
• Identify project risks, analyze root causes, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage and monitor SLAs/KPIs to ensure service quality and escalate issues as necessary.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve process effectiveness.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and assist in compliance reviews.
• Proactively suggest process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
• PMP Certification (3189391), SAP S4 HANA FI 2020 Certification
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
