Job Description

Location: Bengaluru

Designation: Manager

Entity: Deloitte South Asia LLP

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce architect with experience in B2B Commerce/Cloud Craze for multiple positions including as full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with salesforce integration.

Requirements:

Technical Leadership & Architecture:
Lead requirements discovery and definition workshops.
Create scope and development estimates, document technical requirements, and provide architectural guidance.
Provide
technical platform expertise
, design reviews, and architecture analysis.
Define implementation processes and standards.
Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to stakeholders effectively.
Salesforce B2B Commerce Lightning Expertise:
Understand
Commerce architecture
(Service Layers, Logic Layers, Data Layers), data models, customizations, and extensions.
Implement best practices for
Salesforce security model, Communities, and access control
.
Develop and optimize
Salesforce-based applications
and integrations.
Conduct
code reviews and mentor
junior team members.
Integration & Order Management:
Design and develop integrations with
third-party systems, ERPs, OMS, payment gateways.
Strong knowledge of
end-to-end Order Management lifecycle
in B2B commerce.
Experience designing
enterprise-scale eCommerce solutions
, including API integrations and robust service layers.
Development & Customization:
Develop and maintain
Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Ensure adherence to
Salesforce development standards, CI/CD, TDD, and BDD
practices.
Design and develop
modern JavaScript-based UI components
aligned with the
Lightning Design System
.
Optimize
performance, scalability, and security
for high-traffic B2B commerce platforms.

Qualifications

8+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer (with Apex/Visual Force/Lightning)
4+ years
of hands-on experience with
Salesforce B2B Commerce.
Strong expertise in
Commerce architecture, data models, customizations, and extensions
.
Well-versed in
Salesforce security model and Communities
.
Experience in
designing architecture diagrams and data flows
for large-scale implementations.
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
and third-party system integrations.
Hands-on experience with
CI/CD and DevOps best practices
.
Strong
problem-solving and communication skills
to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Additional Information

Make an impact and work in large-scale projects globally.
Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
Experience with B2B and SaaS/Commerce products or platforms.
Prior leadership experience is good to have.
Understanding of Agile process must have.
Work from any of the Deloitte office in Hybrid mode (no remote)
