  • Strong experience in TSYS TSY2 payment processing platformsHands-on experience with API integrations, file handling (SFTP/FTP), and batch job monitoring
  • Good understanding of incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Desk)
  • Incident ManagementLead end-to-end incident resolution for platform issues across TSYS, APIs, file processing, and middleware components
  • Vendor and Downstream CoordinationEngage and coordinate with third-party vendors (eg, TSYS support, payment gateway providers, etc
  • ) to resolve external dependencies
  • Change and Release Management Outage Management
