Job Description

Role Overview: You will develop productive working relationships with project customers/dealers and create win/win business plans. Your role will involve acting as a bridge between the company and its current market as well as future markets. Key Responsibilities: - Expanding Project sales Network - Achieve project expansion targets by appointing new dealers. - Conduct market mapping exercises. - Monitor competition information and track factors like price and new product launches. - Ensure product displays and merchandise display in the market. - Sales Target Achievement - Meet area business targets (channel and category wise) for Project Sales and Collection. - Submit balance confirmations from project partners after completion of every quarter. - Execute promotions through BTL activities and support marketing efforts by ensuring proper display placements. - Collect all receivables as per the commercial terms and conditions of the Company. - Promotional Schemes - Implement project-related activities such as promos and product launches. - Assist management in planning forthcoming products and special promotions. - Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department. - Other Responsibilities - Submit Sales MIS and channel claims on a monthly basis. - Ensure compliance with Orient Electric B2B policies. - Monitor stock movement and status of all stock. - Conduct product trainings for site electricians, channel sales staff, and Business influencers (Builders/Contractors). - Generate leads through site visits. - Encourage Channel partners to adopt digital initiatives to enhance business productivity. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 4-8 years of experience in project sales and channel management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Knowledge of B2B sales policies and procedures would be an advantage.
