Trust and Safety Analyst, Investigations, Intelligence, Platform Enforcement

Role Overview: As a member of the Trust & Safety team at Google Ads, your main objective will be to identify and tackle major challenges that threaten the safety and integrity of the products. Utilizing your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, user insights, and effective communication, you will work towards safeguarding users and partners from abuse across various Google products. In this role, you are expected to think strategically, work collaboratively, and uphold ethical standards. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating globally with Google engineers and product managers to swiftly detect and combat abuse and fraud cases, ensuring user trust in Google's services. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and analyze trends to develop enforcement strategies for combating content-related abuse, unethical business practices, violations of advertising policies, and misuse of Google's products. - Implement customer experience practices to support compliant advertisers and users, thereby enhancing their experience while adhering to policies. - Create and enhance innovative processes using Gen AI techniques and technology to improve enforcement capabilities. - Contribute to the formulation and implementation of enforcement strategies for Google Ads policies under regulatory scrutiny worldwide, engaging with stakeholders on legal and regulatory risks related to Ads Policies. - Provide on-call support as needed and address escalations from internal and external parties within specified service levels. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields. - Experience in roles associated with business analysis, statistical analysis, or Machine Learning is preferred. - Ability to solve complex unstructured business problems in fraud investigations and risk management. - Proficiency in processing large volumes of data to drive business strategies and decisions. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail in dynamic environments. - Excellent process/project management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.,
