Truck Driver

Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Heavy Vehicle & EV Driver to join Asha Ram & Sons Pvt. Ltd. The driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, ensuring proper handling of products and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive heavy vehicles and electric vehicles (EVs) for goods supply across Delhi and UP.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to designated locations.
• Follow all traffic rules, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks, report maintenance needs, and keep the vehicle clean.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods when required.
• Maintain trip records, delivery logs, and fuel usage reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and the logistics team for smooth supply operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Commercial LMV/HMV/EV).
• Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience with heavy vehicles or EVs (preferably in logistics/supply chain industry).
• Good knowledge of Delhi & Uttar Pradesh routes.
• Ability to handle goods carefully and ensure timely delivery.
• Physically fit and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.

Required Documents for Driver Post

Candidates applying for the driver position must submit the following documents:

• Valid Heavy Vehicle/Commercial Driving License.
• Aadhar Card (Identity & Address proof).
• PAN Card (for official and payroll purposes).
• Recent Passport-size Photographs (2–3 copies).
• Police Verification Certificate (mandatory for drivers).
• Medical Fitness Certificate (issued by a registered medical practitioner).
• Previous Employment/Experience Certificate (minimum 3–5 years).
• Residence Proof (if not already mentioned on Aadhar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Preferred)
• LMV Licence (Preferred)
