Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor product trials at customer sites (plant & lab).
Collect and analyze trial data to prepare detailed reports.
Troubleshoot process issues and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with sales, technical, and plant teams for smooth trial execution.
Conduct customer visits, gather feedback, and ensure after-sales support.
Submit competitor analysis and market insights to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields
Experience: 13 years (Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply)
Skills: Strong technical knowledge, analytical ability, customer service orientation, and communication skills
