Job Title: Trial Officer Location: Karnataka , Maharashtra Head Office: Belgaum Industry: Life Sciences / Biotechnology Role Overview: We are looking for a Trial Officer who will be responsible for executing plant-scale and lab-scale trials , delivering technical services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor product trials at customer sites (plant & lab). Collect and analyze trial data to prepare detailed reports. Troubleshoot process issues and implement effective solutions. Coordinate with sales, technical, and plant teams for smooth trial execution. Conduct customer visits, gather feedback, and ensure after-sales support. Submit competitor analysis and market insights to management.
