Job Description

Treasury – Front Office - CMS & Bank Loans CMS Working with banks in providing solutions for our disbursement and collection requirements. Negotiating the commercials on the new facilities and reviewing the existing arrangements for cost reduction opportunities. Preparation of Collection reports for management review. Discussing with banks and being updated in new products and solutions available in the market. Handle branch requirements for activating collections facilities after coordinating with various bankers. Organizing monthly calls with banks & internal stakeholders on Service issues. Bank Loans Providing data to Banks for availing fresh borrowings. Discussing with legal team with respect to the sanction terms and other documents. Execution of the documents in sync with SOP.
