Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Executive at Utazzo. Responsibilities include arranging and managing travel bookings for clients, planning tailored itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The Travel Specialist will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, handle both leisure and business travel arrangements, and provide guidance on available travel options.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer Service expertise to provide a seamless client experience
• Experience in handling Business Travel and creating personalized itineraries

• Familiarity with travel industry tools and booking platforms is a plus
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Travel and Tourism or related fields are advantages
