Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, creating customized travel plans, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves coordinating travel bookings for individuals and business clients, offering tailored travel management solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience for every traveler. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and address their needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, with experience in creating personalized itineraries
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering client satisfaction
• Knowledge and experience in handling Business Travel and related logistics
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple travel plans simultaneously
• Proficiency in travel booking tools and systems is an advantage
• Familiarity with major destinations, international travel guidelines, and M.I.C.E-related services
