Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Travel Specialist. As a Travel Specialist, you will manage travel arrangements, coordinate itineraries, and assist clients in planning their trips. Daily tasks include ensuring high-quality customer service, providing tailored travel solutions, and managing business and leisure travel bookings while keeping customer satisfaction as a priority.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Business Travel planning and coordination
• Keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
