Handling GDS flights queries spanning for all 318 International Airlines
Responsible to provide excellent Customer Service pertaining to flight bookings for Ex-India/International sectors.
Handling queries related to Schedule/Re-schedule.
Processing Cancellations & Refunds for International fights.
Responsible to take follow-ups on Ques handling
Addressing & processing all queries receiving through E-Mails & application grids (Amadeus & Galileo)
Must have good commands on GDS (Amadeus/Galileo).
Should have good travel geography knowledge
Excellent Communications skills in English & Hindi (Both)
Should have atleast 1 year relevant experience
Ready for rotational shifts
